At BonBlue, we do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. We strive to understand exactly what you are looking for and will offer a well-suited alternative.
Returning your webshop order
Through the BonBlue webshop, you can have a product delivered to your home or pick it up in the showroom without the personal advice of a salesperson. For this reason, if you make a purchase on www.bon-blue.com, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery without providing a reason. You are allowed to inspect your online purchase to see if it meets your expectations. You then have 7 days to return the product or drop it off at the showroom. You may do with the product as you would when purchasing it in a store. You can try the product but not actually use it. Handle the product as you would in a store. Take it out of the box carefully so that the packaging remains intact.
Examples:
- Vacuum Cleaner: Take the vacuum cleaner out of the box, examine it from all angles, but do not vacuum your living room with it.
Deep Fryer: You can inspect the deep fryer from all sides, but you cannot use it to fry anything if you wish to return it.
Kettle: You may turn the device on and off, but do not fill it with water and boil it several times in your home. -

You should return the product complete, in new condition, and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
A product does not (fully) meet the return conditions if:
- The product is not complete as delivered in the box.
- The packaging or product is unnecessarily damaged.
- The product has been used more than was necessary to assess it (inspect or try it).
If you have done more than necessary to evaluate the item, BonBlue will charge you for any reduction in the product's value and/or the costs needed to make it saleable again.
Is the device not functioning properly? That is covered under the legal warranty. We will assist you with repair or replacement.
Returning a product to the showroom
If you decide to return your product, we would be happy to receive it at the BonBlue showroom. Your purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account. However, any costs incurred for additional services rendered, such as the installation of appliances, will not be refunded. If it is not convenient to return the item to the store yourself or if the product is too large, please contact BonBlue to arrange a return appointment. The costs associated with this vary per product. Please inquire about the options.
What can’t be exchanged or returned?
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as a service that has already been provided. Items that cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons (if these products are sealed and the seal has been broken) include headphones, straighteners and curling irons, toothbrushes, shavers, or epilators whose packaging has been opened.
Exchanging items purchased in the showroom
In our showroom, we provide you with personalized advice. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with the purchased device. We find that unfortunate and are eager to assist you. If your device is not working correctly, it is covered under the warranty, and we will help you find an appropriate solution. You can always come to exchange your product within 7 days, provided it meets the conditions mentioned above. We would like to receive the device back in its original packaging.
