Do I have a warranty on my items? 

Of course! When you purchase an item from BonBlue, we guarantee that it is in good condition and will function as expected under normal use—this is your legal warranty.
As long as you use your washing machine for household purposes and not for business, everything should be fine with normal use. 

If something goes wrong, we will find a suitable solution. Depending on the item, we will arrange for a repair or a refund of the purchase price.

What Is the Warranty Proof for My Item?

Your invoice or purchase receipt also serves as your warranty proof. So, keep it safe! But don’t worry—we also store your invoice in your account under your order. 
This way, you’ll never lose it. Convenient, right?

How Long Is the Warranty Valid?

That depends on the item. The warranty we provide is set according to the expected lifespan of the item. For example, a refrigerator or washing machine should last longer than a coffee maker. 
 The warranty conditions outlined in our general and/or additional terms are always the primary reference. But if a problem arises after the warranty period, we won’t leave you hanging.
